Our youth soccer league is committed to creating a positive, supportive environment for all participants. By participating in our league, parents, spectators, and players agree to uphold the following standards:
Parent/Spectator Code of Conduct:
Encourage and support all players, not just your own child.
Respect officials, coaches, and opponents at all times.
Refrain from coaching from the sidelines during games and practices.
Use positive language and avoid criticism of players, coaches, or officials.
Follow all field and facility rules, including designated viewing areas.
Let coaches coach and referees officiate without interference.
Demonstrate good sportsmanship in victory and defeat.
Address concerns privately with coaches or league officials, not publicly.
Ensure your child arrives on time for practices and games.
Support the league's policies and procedures.
Player Code of Conduct:
Play for fun and enjoyment of the sport.
Show respect to teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials.
Be a team player and support your teammates.
Practice good sportsmanship at all times.
Follow the rules of the game and play fairly.
Listen to and learn from your coaches.
Be on time and prepared for practices and games.
Take care of equipment and facilities.
Encourage and congratulate teammates and opponents.
Win with humility and lose with grace.
Consequences:
Failure to adhere to these codes of conduct may result in:
Verbal warning
Written warning
Temporary suspension from games or practices
Removal from the league without refund.
