Redoubt Soccer Association have final authority regarding all game cancellations 

• Decisions are made to ensure player safety and field preservation 

• Individual teams/coaches cannot cancel games independently Weather Conditions Monitored: 

1. Lightning/Thunder • Games suspended immediately if lightning observed                 

2. Heavy Rain • Games may proceed unless field conditions become unsafe • Standing water creating hazardous playing conditions • Field damage risk assessment by Redoubt officials 

3. Extreme Heat • Additional water breaks implemented • Possible shortened games • Cancellation or rescheduling if heat index reaches dangerous levels 

If the game was stopped after the first half was completed, the score stands as the final result. We cannot reschedule or replay due to field/ref/time constraints. 

Communication Process: 

• Cancellations posted on Collegedale Soccer League website & Social Media 

• Email/text alerts to registered participants 

Collegedale Soccer league will work with Redoubt to attempt to reschedule cancelled games (where a half has not been completed)

• No guarantee of make-up dates
